Ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 documentation is in order and up to date for a successful ISO Audit.
- Ensure compliance with the Corporate Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Policy and other local SHEQ policies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Legislation.
- Promote a Safety, Health, Environment and Quality culture in the company.
- Conduct Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality inspections and audits and report to the SHEQ Officer.
- Ensure contractors and suppliers comply with the company SHEQ requirements.
- Maintain close working relationships with contractors and suppliers in relation to SHEQ matters.
- Responsible to fully understand and maintain all related ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 Management Systems Procedures for use in the company.
- Ensure all SHEQ equipment is calibrated on time and the calibration register is maintained.
- Issue and track PPE usage for Staff and visitors.
- Maintain enough stock levels of PPE.
- Ensure immediate reporting of incidents and the filing of investigation reports.
- Review and keep up to date the SHEQ Induction program.
- Report and Investigate Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality near misses.
- Collation and documentation of toolbox talk registers for all departments.
- Ensure all identified corrective and preventative actions are implemented effectively.
- Assist with monthly SHEQ reports preparation.
- Attend SHEQ meetings.

**Qualifications**
- National Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health and Safety/ Safety Management.

**Experience**
- Fresh graduate/ Final year student who has completed his/her tertiary course, who is awaiting graduations.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: R15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Germiston, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
