We have the opportunity to offer permanent employment for two QRM Audit reinvention Assistant Managers for their assistance with projects such as the roll out of our new cloud based audit software Atlas, setting up Data Analytics and future reinvention projects.

To assist the QRM team with developing and implementing new software’s to assist the firm to be more competitive in the market.

The first innovation projects are
- Atlas which will replace our legacy software of Caseware, Atlas is the new Mazars Group software to be used for our largest department at Mazars - Audit. It will be a first for Mazars South Africa in terms of it is a cloud based software.
- Roll out of data analytics in terms of a module of Atlas Blue which is the Data Analytics tool as well as any other applicable data analytics.
- Automation of working papers for engagements.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Atlas**
- Attend the induction programme for Atlas and AnaBlue
- Account Management, User provisioning and installing software’s
- Customisation of software
- Software Support
- Maintenance of Software

**Data Analytics Roll out**
- To familiarise themselves with the software and to determine how to utilise it to the most efficient way for South Africa and share this with the project team.
- Map the use of AnaBlue with the Group methodology

**Skills transfer**:

- Transferring knowledge learnt such as best practise to users
- Holding check-in training sessions for new users on any new audit software’s
- Updating user guides and training material as needed and hold training sessions on these updates

**Teamwork**:

- Assist any of the core project team with matters when required

**Required Skills and Experience**
- Audit and Accounting software systems understanding advantageous
- Interest in Data analytics
- Analyse new and emerging technologies
- Ability to communicate effectively with all relevant stakeholders
- Ability to use sound judgment to ensure mínimal downtime for staff
- Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Proactive Thinking
- Focus on providing a high-levels of customer service

**Minimum Requirements**:
Completed 3 years of traineeship preferably at Mazars
