**Introduction**
- Facilitate service providers to address various problems and requirements in the stores and manage costs effectively.
- Constantly Source Vendors throughout South Africa to improve costs and efficiencies in a portfolio.
- Support New store development, including project management and vendor allocation.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Monitor and manage tickets for the stores in a portfolio daily.
- Facilitate Vendor services for general maintenance, aircon maintenance or installation, Backup power, Electrical Repairs, Company vehicle maintenance, Music system repair, replacement and installations. Security in Mechanical, Electronic and Physical formats, Glass and shopfront repairs and installations
- Request quotes from various vendors to ensure cost-effective pricing for the repairs or maintenance services needed.
- Analyse ticket requirements and allocate services to the most cost effective and qualified Vendor for the job.
- Co-ordinate emergency requirements relating to Vehicle Accidents and Store Robberies.
- Coordinate maintenance and vendors regarding all stores in a portfolio.
- Following up on all open tickets on a daily basis.
- Provide daily report on all tickets to the Group Services Manager and the Head of Group Services.
- Provide reports pertaining to Group Services cost savings and efficiencies.
