**Duties and Responsibilities will include but not limited to**:

- Management of general day to day operations
- Oversee operations of White River Manor and Recovery Centre at White River.
- Oversee vehicles and transport planning for trips and services.
- Procurement and stock control.
- Ensuring smooth operations of all departments to ensure maximised profit
- Work with and support Department Managers
- Gaining a full understanding of the directors expectations for service and service delivery and implementing it.
- Operations of Maintenance.
- Operations of Housekeeping.
- Operations in Front of House.
- Maintaining and overseeing staff schedules and leave for all relevant departments (Front of House, Maintenance, Security, Kitchen, Gardens and Housekeeping).
- Maintaining department budgets.
- Staff training and development.
- Interviewing and hiring appropriate staff.
- Set and maintain SOP's for all relevant departments.
- Oversee stock take and asset management systems throughout all departments.
- POS system management for Front of House and Kitchen and all relevant departments.
- Maintaining standards throughout all departments.
- Liaise with HR regarding disciplinary matters.

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Bachelors (or relevant) degree in operations management, business administration or related field.
- Working knowledge of management software programs.
- Working experience in a similar role.

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R32,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- White River, Mpumalanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
