**LOGISTICS**

**INBOUND COSTING COORDINATOR**:
Cape Town, South Africa

**YOUR MISSION**:
The Inbound Co-Ordinator is responsible for controlling the Inbound Operations to ensure deliveries into the Distribution Centre are received on time to minimize cancellations, loss of sales and storage costs. The duties include, but is not limited to:

- Signing off all Customs Clearing Instructions
- Checking all Supplier invoices has the correct FOB costs
- Submit all documents to LSP for Customs Releases
- Check Status Report, flag all Key Accounts, Concepts and Marketing Launch product with relevant departments
- Liaise between Warehouse and LSP on deliveries of containers
- Ensure accuracy of all product landed costs
- Follow up on deliveries not reflecting on the Status Report
- Liaise with Key Account Administrators regarding Direct Deliveries and finalize delivery dates with them
- Ensure all suppliers deliveries comply with PUMA Rules and Regulations
- Month-End Reports (GIT, transit GL, etc.)
- Annual Report
- Global invoice checks and signoffs

**YOUR TALENT**:

- Customer focus - Identifying and responding to current internal, external and future customer needs.
- Advanced excel skills is required.
- Attention to detail.
- Relevant tertiary education.
- Exposure to SAP is advantageous.
- Confident in Microsoft office skills.
