There is a backlog of admin & project launch tasks. Which includes:
Bulk content creation & scheduling.

Cleaning & organising online systems

Social media marketing platforms updated

Creating new services: contracts, infographs, adverts, communication accounts etc

Designing lesson plan templates & sources resources online.

Expanding & creating client databases for new services. Connecting with organisations.

Creating training

Establishing & simplifying systems

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in office procedures and clerical practices
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Competency in using computerised systems for data entry
- Experience with administrative tasks and QuickBooks is advantageous

Pay is in South African Rand is is R2000 for the entire set of projects and tasks.

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: R1 000,00 per week

**Experience**:

- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
