**Digital & E-Commerce Manager**

We are currently seeking to employ an experienced Digital and eCommerce Manager to oversee the team and all day-to-day aspects of the various eCommerce businesses in the chain.

Having been trading for 60 years, Tafelberg Furnishers is a well-established retail brand that prides itself on its family values and exceptional customer service. An opportunity has now opened up for a Digital & eCommerce Manager that will lead our various eCommerce platforms as we build out an extended offering.

**Before you apply, this is what is important to us and what we expect from you**:

- Have previously been involved in a leadership role in an eCommerce environment.
- Worked on or assisted with retail eCommerce system integrations and implementations from concept to execution.
- Have a good understanding and technical knowledge of the various digital marketing platforms.
- Have a merchant background with a broad understanding of the various general merchandise categories we trade in.
- Have an understanding of supply chain and the various players in the logistics industry.
- Have the ability to build, interpret and present reports of progress and forecasts to the leadership team, and be able to execute thereafter on brief.
- Have working knowledge of Google Analytics
- Have experience in Project Management
- Will preparing reports for the management committee and directors of the business
- Have proven experience in managing a team

Outside of the above, and to be successful in this role, you should have a passion for anything retail, have a high attention to detail, strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude in building relationships, excellent organisational skills and be comfortable being hands-on when required.

**Education**:

- Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:

- similar Digital eCommerce: 4 years (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)
