**purpose**:

- To develop, oversee, manage and implement a robust FNB Group internal communication strategy in order to communicate the Bank’s positioning to the internal audience by managing the FNB internal communication channels. Deliver integrated communication interventions aimed at ensuring internal stakeholders and employees are optimally informed, engaged and aligned around the FNB’s business strategy and actively find ways to increase employee engagement.**experience and qualifications**:

- Minimum Qualification - B Comm Degree in Communications

**responsibilities**:

- Anticipate and meet the needs of clients and commit to continuous development and entrenchment of a customer service culture
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Draw up a budget aligned to tactical delivery plans, monitor effectiveness and report on variances
- Manage the FNB brand across all internal communication channels to ensure optimal exposure
- Plan and exercise oversight over the implementation of CEO communication events
- Define, develop and manage all communication messages in various formats to ensure it aligns to the overall group objectives
- Develop internal communications strategy and delivery plans in support of functional strategic objectives in partnership with leadership
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and the adherence to relevant processes
- Manage people by executing management responsibilities and create an environment that encourages employee growth and performance excellence
- Demonstrate leadership behaviour through personal involvement, commitment and dedication in support of organisational values
- Integrate business information, and compare, analyse and produce reports to identify trends, discrepancies and inconsistencies for decision making purposes
- Define, develop and maintain policies, procedures, standards and frameworks to efficiently manage practice and provide thought leadership
