**ROLE SUMMARY**
**POSITION DETAILS**
- Responsibilities / Accountabilities
- Communication and working relationships
- Administer NCAMA Learnership, recruitment planning, hiring of leaners, practical assessments coordination, medical assessments arrangements, and contract finalisation.
- Ensure all learners including technical workshop have been loaded and registered on MerSeta NSNMS system by the relevant personnel.
- Co-ordinate admin responsibilities for both Admin office in plant and Technical workshop (N4)
- Co-ordination of employee AMIC program.
- Facilitation and administration of Core modules training including face to face classroom training sessions, e.g., SPC training
- Core data & credits administration on internal management system
- Oversee development of training material and assessment sheets
- Procurement of training materials e.g., modules are ordered, printed and stock controlled, stationery and training equipment
- Administration and communication of Area skills matrices (Body, Paint, Trim & AQA)
- Learning & Development ISO co-ordination and relevant departmental quality administration
- Co-ordination and recordkeeping of measuring instruments (calibration register)
- Provide administration support for AIDC projects - administer projects that have been sponsored by AIDC
- Ensures invoices are validated and maintained with their respective back up documents in line with GIS retention records
- Maintain a complete list of suppliers /and service providers with full detail of the respective supplier representative and FMCSA internal order requestor for these suppliers
- As when required perform assessment and chamber Reporting
- Maintain accreditation status of Assessor and Moderators
- Bestime administration of production leaners

- The mean to measure the accomplishment of the position responsibilities
- Capability to facilitate competency assessment and moderation interventions
- Liaise with government institutions to ensure program accreditation
- Delivers tasks autonomously with mínimal supervision
- Meet deadlines and timing with quality, accurate data
- Achieve compliance on monthly and annual training targets and reporting
- Timeous completion of audits and results evaluations
- Ability to design, develop and successfully deliver technical training programs
- Control budget
- High level of integrity
- Prepared to work overtime and flexi time when required
