Our local and offshore investment products cover the full investment spectrum: active and passive; single and multi-manager - both locally and internationally. Our active funds range are managed according to our pragmatic value investing style. Purpose of the role?
To handle calls, resolve queries & complaints and provide unit trust product information to Absa Investments customers. Key accountabilities?
Education and Experience? 3 years Economic Diploma or an equivalent to NQF level 6 2 years experience as a Customer Consultant in a Call Centre environment 1 year experience in dealing with investment products
**Knowledge & Skills**: Knowledge of Collective Investment Schemes Act (Level: Solid) Knowledge of Financial Sector Conduct Authority requirements (e.g. Regulation 28,etc.) (Level: Solid) Knowledge of S.A. Tax implications on the unit trust product (Level: Solid) Knowledge of Investment/Financial Markets (Level: Solid) Knowledge of FICA Legislation (Level: Solid) Verbal and written communications (Level: Solid) Analytical skills (Level: Solid) Computer literacy (MS Suite) Level: Solid) Problem-solving skills (Level: Solid) Customer relationship skills (Level: Solid)
