We are famous for our Hardware and Building Material since 1903 Our financial department requires the services of a Debtors Clerk to join our financial team. This position will be based at our Head Office in Riviera, Pretoria.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Min 7 - 10 yrs debtors experience
- Relevant tertiary qualification essential
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Accounting software

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Responsible for a debtors’ book of +/- 500 accounts
- Negotiating payment plans
- Processing daily banking
- Allocate payments
- Follow up on overdue invoices and payments and implement company collections procedures as necessary
- Ad-hoc administrative duties
- Assist and support other team members
- Ensure complete and accurate debtors reports, working papers and customer account statement
- Resolve all account customer queries independently
