Job Title: Senior Sales Person
Job Summary: The Senior Sales Person is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets and grow the customer base. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and building relationships with clients. The Senior Sales Person is also responsible for coaching and mentoring the sales team to improve their performance and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies: The Senior Sales Person is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. They analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities to grow the customer base.
Build and maintain relationships with clients: The Senior Sales Person builds and maintains relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions. They work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and develop customized solutions.
Lead and motivate the sales team: The Senior Sales Person is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets. They coach and mentor the team to improve their performance and provide guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Prepare and present sales reports: The Senior Sales Person prepares and presents sales reports to management to provide insights into the sales performance of the team. They use data and analytics to identify areas of improvement and implement changes to improve sales performance.
Collaborate with other departments: The Senior Sales Person collaborates with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless communication and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
Knowledge of the industry and market trends.
