Sets the people change strategy and people change effort on high complexity projects within different organisational contexts by leading the identification and mitigation of the human risks involved in implementing the change and directing the enablement of the transformation for impacted stakeholders

- 1. Establish people change context:
- Lead the Accountable Executive (AE) enablement process to build and sustain the change leadership capability-
- Create and shape the appropriate narrative for the transformation is reflected in the Case for Chane (C4C)-
- Oversee the identification & analysis of appropriate stakeholder ecosystems to ensure all constituencies impacted and involved are included-
- Manage anticipated people change impacts to reduce operational risk-
- Lead organisational context analysis to determine change readiness and appetite for change- 2. Shape people change agenda, strategies and plans:
- Ensure people change strategies & plans are aligned with change direction & intent-
- Plan to influence the change leadership capability to embed visible and active sponsorship-
- Ensure People Change Management (PCM) Dashboard & Tracking Methods are aligned to the change vision for successful change delivery-
- Create a sustainable change coalition to support the change initiative and embed change capabilities across different organisational contexts- 3. Oversee the implementation of the people change agenda, strategies and plans- Lead the implementation of people change agenda, strategies & plans to ensure alignment with transformation effort-
- Influence and guide the change leadership capability to embed visible and active sponsorship-
- Ensure PCM metrics, outputs & progress are adequately represented in the change strategy and change vision for successful change delivery-
- Influence the change coalition to support the change initiative and embed change capabilities across different organisational contexts- 4. Oversee change reinforcement & embedment strategies & plans- Oversee business change compliance audits & gap analyses across specific organisational settings to mitigate embedment risks-
- Oversee impacted stakeholder satisfaction assessments to determine future change execution improvements-
- Oversee lessons learned retrospectives for change execution organisational learning-
- Direct the analysis of the change benefits realised in relation to the People Change effort (if possible) to measure the PCM ROI-
- Calculate the cost and risks associated with non-adoption and influence mitigation for future change initiativesEducation

Bachelor's Degrees and Advanced Diplomas: Business, Commerce and Management Studies (required)
