Senior Relationship Manager responsibilities include building strong business relationships, cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring Customer/Partner satisfaction.**Job description**
- Senior Relationship Manager responsibilities include building strong business relationships, cross-selling and upselling, and ensuring Customer/Partner satisfaction.**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Customer/Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing Customer/Partners, understanding their needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with the products or services provided.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling products/services to existing Customer/Partners. Actively pursue new business prospects and work towards expanding the Customer/Partner base.
- Account Management: Regularly review Customer/Partner accounts, analyze performance metrics, and provide strategic advice to enhance Customer/Partner outcomes and achieve their financial goals.
- Customer/Partner Support: Act as the primary point of contact for Customer/Partners, addressing their queries, concerns, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently through our customer experience team.
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial assessments of Customer/Partners to understand their financial situations, risk tolerance, and investment objectives, and offer personalized financial solutions.
- Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, industry influencers, and partners to leverage business opportunities and foster professional connections
- Market Research: Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide Customer/Partners with relevant insights and recommendations.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure all Customer/Partner-related activities adhere to company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of Customer/Partner interactions, sales, and financial data. Prepare regular reports for management on Customer/Partner performance, revenue generation, and market insights.
- Customer/Partner Retention: Work towards enhancing Customer/Partner loyalty and retention through exceptional service and tailored solutions.

**People Management**
- Will be responsible for managing a team of Product and Retention consultants.
- Responsible for conducting performance reviews aligned with KPI initiatives
- Mentoring and coaching
- Identifying areas of development and growth within the team
- Career development of assigned team member
- Identify and recognising team member strengths and achievements.

**Minimum requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) will be beneficial.
- 5 years proven work experience as a Relationship Manager or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Software, Cloud, SaaS and Solution delivery experience.
- Success in retention and growth of customer/partner base.
