We are seeking a dependable and professional Laundry Delivery Driver to join our team and ensure that our valued customers receive their laundry on time and in pristine condition while maintaining our key philosophy of True Hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Pickup & Delivery**: Collect and deliver laundry from customers' homes, businesses, or designated drop-off points.
- **Customer Interaction**: Represent Skoon Laundromats professionally by being polite, punctual, well groomed, well spoken, customer-focused and proficient in English. German, Dutch & French an advantage.
- **Vehicle Maintenance**: Ensure your vehicle is clean, well-maintained, roadworthy and reliable.
- **Vehicle Load Requirement**: Only applicants with vehicles capable of carrying a minimum load of 50 kg will be considered.
- **Route Optimization**: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries while minimizing fuel costs and time.
- **Order Verification**: Accurately verify customer orders upon pickup and delivery to ensure no items are misplaced.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate delivery logs
- **Adherence to Protocols**: Follow all company policies regarding handling, hygiene, and delivery procedures.

**Requirements**:

- **Driver’s License**: Valid South African driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- **Own Vehicle**: Reliable, insured vehicle suitable for deliveries (e.g., sedan, hatchback, van or pickup (bakkie).
- **Experience**: Previous experience as a delivery driver is an advantage but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail for verifying orders and maintaining records.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to lift and carry laundry bags up to 30 kg.
- **Professionalism**: Presentable, courteous, and aligned with Skoon Laundromats’ hospitality values.
- **Knowledge of Cape Town**: Familiarity with the city and surrounding areas is a plus.
