**Criteria**:

- Matric
- Security/Safety Certification
- Proficiency in MS Office
- 4-5 years relevant experience in loss prevention and risk management, OHS, First Aid Level 3, analytical, report writing skills

**Responsibilities**

**Loss Control**
- Audit High value counts and variance reporting
- Planning the layout for CCTV for new stores.
- Bimonthly Alarm testing review with Security company
- Manage the Implementation, installation and training linked to the tagging system roll out
- Ensure compliance to company policies and procedures
- Manage and review CCTV footage at Head Office and Stores as part of theft investigation
- Manage shrinkage at Head Office and stores
- Store Audits

**Health and Safety Compliance**
- Overseeing the Safety, Environmental and Fire Protection aspects of the business
- Developing and executing health and safety plans in the workplace according to legal guidelines
- Implement Occupational Health and Safety System
- Implement the Risk Strategy in all stores and appoint safety representatives
- Preparing and enforcing policies to establish a culture of health and safety
- Evaluating practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to the law
- Compliance with regulations on Fire Fighting, first aid and OHS, COIDA
- Reporting Requirements for DOL

**Investigations**
- Manage all Fraudulent, deviant and criminal investigations nationally
- Incident Management, Investigation and reporting
- Manage Security service providers blue security and Marshall’s security.

**People Management**
- Screen and selection of Stock Loss Preventers nationally
- Manage all Stock Loss Preventers nationally and ensure regular store visits occur
- Manage the polygraph process nationally
- Train and develop of Stock Loss Preventers
- Manage and train the stock loss preventers nationally
