Bakwena Day Spa currently has a vacancy for an experienced and competent Spa Manager to manage our African Day Spa located at Velmore Hotel.

Minimum Requirements:

- Grade 12 and / or equivalent qualification essential.
- A tertiary qualification in Spa and / or Hotel Management will be an added advantage.
- At least 5 (five) years' of relevant experience managing a Day Spa or a Guest House / Hotel

Duties and Responsibilities:
The Spa Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operational management of the spa (day spa and retail area) focusing on the full financial function and control, customer data base management and customer satisfaction, full managerial function of staff and management and control of all internal processes and policies, including but not limited to:

- Daily Cash-ups
- Stock-takes
- Cash and Credit card management
- Retail and Professional stock and equipment and target
- Voucher management
- Debtors management
- Revenue
- Statutory compliance
- Sales and marketing
- Chi Desk Management
- Customer Feedback and satisfaction
- Recruitment
- Management of employee time and attendance, disciplinary, performance management etc.
- Scheduling and staff rostering
- Training and development
- File management
- Internal controls and reconciliation
- Visible management - on-the-floor at all relevant times
