**Job Purpose**:
The purpose of the Production Planner is to integrate the production schedules across the factory into one master production plan and allocate jobs to machines according to machine standards.

**Job Objectives**:

- Responsible for the effective planning of production according to the availability and standards of machines
- Issue daily production plan
- Receive and integrate production plans per area into one master plan
- Responsible for developing and issuing daily plan to production areas through integrating production data and identifying shift requirements
- Communicate any deviations from the plan with the relevant stakeholders by updating production report daily
- Prepare plan for the next shift as well as the shift the next day

**Qualifications**:

- NQF 3 - Production Planning
- LEAN Six Sigma - Green Belt

**Experience**:

- 3-5 years Production Planner
- 3-5 Gifting, Apparel, Signage or Branding industry
