**Full Job Description**
Our client is looking for a Senior Product Manager for a greenfield Player Account Management (PAM) platform. This is the control plane for identity, wallet/ledger, payments, bonuses, responsible gaming, and compliance. Engineering is strong and ready—now we need a hands-on product leader to own the vision, MVP, and multi-market rollout.

**What You'll Own**
- **Product vision & strategy**: Define the North Star for a modular, multi-market PAM. Prioritise speed, compliance, extensibility, and commercial outcomes.
- **MVP definition & delivery**: Shape the domain model (identity, KYC, wallet, cashier, limits, withdrawals, auditability) and slice work into vertical increments that prove the system end-to-end.
- **Commercials & ROI**: Build business cases, track unit economics, and optimise cost-to-serve across payments, KYC, fraud, and bonuses.
- **Vendor ecosystem**: Lead RFPs and negotiate with PSPs, KYC/AML providers, fraud tools, and reporting partners.
- **Regulatory & certification**: Own the jurisdictional matrix (UKGC, MGA, NJ DGE, ON AGCO), plan lab submissions, and ensure auditability.
- **Operational readiness**: Specify back-office tooling, reconciliation flows, and support playbooks from day zero.
- **Data & observability**: Define event taxonomy, data contracts, and instrumentation for KPIs, risk signals, and regulatory reporting.
- **Delivery leadership**: Write BRDs and stories, run backlog rituals, accept features, and make trade-offs explicit and evidence-based.
- **Stakeholder management**: Partner with Compliance, Payments, Risk/Fraud, Marketing, VIP, CS, and Data/BI; communicate clearly from board to squad.
**What You Bring**
- 7-10+ years in product management, with direct ownership of greenfield or replatform deliveries in regulated, transactional domains.
- Experience across KYC/AML, payment orchestration, wallet/ledger, responsible gaming, certification, and bonus engines.
- Proven commercial and operational outcomes: improved acceptance rates, reduced verification time/cost, lower fraud loss, faster withdrawals, increased retention/LTV.
- Hands-on operator: you write stories, join vendor calls, validate hypotheses with data, run UAT, and triage incidents with engineering.
- Fluent in partnering with engineers on APIs, data models, and non-functional requirements.
- Comfortable building under regulatory scrutiny and fixed certification windows.
**How Success Is Measured**
- Business: registration-to-FTD conversion, payment acceptance %, withdrawal SLA, bonus ROI, retention/LTV, cost per transaction, fraud/chargeback rate.
- Delivery: on-time MVP and certification milestones, defect escape rate, incident frequency/MTTR, scalability and latency under load.
- Compliance/Ops: audit findings resolved, reporting completeness, reconciliation accuracy, CS ticket rate per active player.
