**Job Overview**:
As a Debt Review Agent in our Sales department, you'll play a pivotal role in assisting clients who are seeking relief from their financial burdens through debt review. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, understand their financial situation, and guide them through the benefits and process of debt review. The goal is to help clients manage their debt effectively while ensuring they understand the implications and commitments involved in a debt review program.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Consultation**:

- Identify and reach out to potential clients who can benefit from debt review services.
- Conduct consultations with clients to assess their financial situation and debt levels.
- Explain the debt review process, benefits, and implications clearly and accurately.

**Sales and Marketing**:

- Develop and implement strategies to increase awareness of debt review services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Provide clients with regular updates and support throughout the debt review process.

**Compliance and Ethical Conduct**:

- Ensure all interactions and services comply with the National Credit Act and other relevant regulations.
- Maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality with client information.

**Documentation and Administration**:

- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales activity.

**Collaboration with Debt Review Team**:

- Work closely with the debt review team to ensure a seamless transition for the client from sales to ongoing management.
- Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to improve services and processes.

**Qualifications**:

- A diploma or degree in Finance, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in sales, particularly in financial services, banking, or debt management.
- Knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review process is highly advantageous.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to empathize and provide solutions to clients in financial distress.
- Good organizational and administrative skills.
- Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
