You will be responsible for but not limited to:

- **Technical Delivery Management**:_

Responsible for technically leading aspects of projects, supporting Project Managers and technical teams to deliver within scope, budget, timeframe, and high-quality standards

Engages with project technical teams within a field of expertise to confirm project approach and review deliverables

Delivers effective communication inclusive of clients and team members to clarify expectations and requirements

Shares knowledge with GDC and other areas to develop technical skills.

Technically coordinates with Authorities for approvals of schemes.
- **Technical Excellence**:_

Applies diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields

Makes decisions independently on technical problems and methods and represents the Organisation in conferences

Develops and approves the methodology for new work areas
- approves new tools/techniques that add value

Resolves complex technical problems and acts as the go-to person for specific technical issues

Applies acquired expertise and knowledge to solve technical challenges and provide coaching to peers and team members

Supports digital transformation strategy and implementation and embraces change within the discipline

Develops and maintains strong relationships with the local authority technical departments.

Responsible for developing a robust technical network within the company globally to provide clients with the most appropriate technical solutions and is part of the global technical practice teams

Assisting with Project Bids
- **Client Relationship Management**:_

Participates in preparing major bids and proposals on the technical side whilst supporting business development initiatives through their technical expertise

Maintains regular contact with the client to identify pre-released opportunities.

Presents to clients, senior leadership and other project stakeholders to demonstrate progress and clearly explain design principles
- **Interdisciplinary Coordination**:_

Ensures assigned teams effectively coordinate with the other disciplines to ensure there are no design gaps providing fully coordinated design deliverables

This includes the support of the construction supervision teams

**Qualifications**

Matric / Grade 12

B.Eng / B.Sc (Civil Engineering)

Registered with Engineering Council of SA - Pr.Eng

10- 12 Years’ experience within a similar role

**Salary**: R115,000.00 - R125,000.00 per month
