Job Description - Healthcare Administrator

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Phone prospects and quote on various medical aid options
- Use company CRM system to maintain professional standards
- Ensuring all underwriting requirements are received from client and submitted to medical scheme
- Processing all addition of dependent
- Assisting with claims queries
- Handling incoming queries from clients
- Assisting advisor with year-end reviews for medical aid clients

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrator
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Integrity and professionalism
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Business administration diploma or similar (advantage)

**Salary**: R4,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (required)
