Roi-consultancy is fast growing recruitment agency based of Amsterdam. We specialize in the finance industry and have already established professional relationships with over 50 companies in the Randstad area.

As part of our growth jorney, we are now looking to expand our recruitment team. You will be joining a high-growth start up recruitment agency that prides itself in putting employees at the center of everything they do.

Our proven approach and guidance from the experienced partners in the firm, ensures you are set for success from the get go. Some of the early employees have already paved the path to success and have seen astonishing results ( _commissions upwards of 80.000 RAND in their 3 _rd _quarter of start date) _

**What is the Role**:
In this role, you won't just be working on sales tactics; you'll also be involved in hands-on recruitment, using direct messaging and possibly video messaging to communicate with prospects. The ability to personalize your approach and interact professionally with diverse individuals is essential.

Opportunities for learning and growth abound, with the chance to develop skills across different facets of the job, from mastering recruitment software and tools to potentially managing recruitment events.

**R **equirements**:

- Experience in Sales / Recruitment
- An understanding of the recruitment industry
- Experience with LinkedIn.
- An interest in all things digital
- Outgoing and chatty personality
- Creative and innovative especially with Marketing
- Works well in a small team
- Willingness to go the extra mile to get high commission (no 9-5 mentality)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, permanent, Graduate Part-time hours: 30 Per week

**Salary**: R 14,000.00 - R28,000.00 per month. EX commissie
