**Aufgaben & Anforderungen**:

- Erstellung von kompletten Reiseverläufen (von A bis Z) für Individualreisende und individuelle Kleinstgruppen
- Verfassen von Angeboten und Programmbeschreibungen in Deutsch und Englisch
- Kommunikation mit Kunden und Leistungsträgern in Deutsch und Englisch
- Verhandlungen mit Leistungsträgern (hauptsächlich in Englisch)
- Finanzielle Abrechnung eigener Projekte
- Bearbeitung sämtlicher Rechnungen und Zahlungen an Kunden und Leistungsträger
- Recherche geeigneter Leistungen und Leistungsträger

**Voraussetzungen**:

- Deutsch als Muttersprache
- 100 % fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten)
- Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Erfahrung als Tour Consultant, Travel Agent, Travel Planner und/oder MICE Consultant in Süd
- oder im Südlichen Afrika
- Erfahrung mit FITs - inkl. Erstellung von Reiseverläufen für Individualreisende und Kleingruppen
- Gute Kenntnisse aller Länder im südlichen & östlichen Afrika (von Vorteil)
- Belastbarkeit und Fähigkeit, Termine einzuhalten
- Selbstständiges Arbeiten ohne direkte Teamleitung (flache Hierarchien)
- Interesse an der Mitarbeit in einem kleinen, inhabergeführten Unternehmen mit hohen Standards
- Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Gültige Arbeitserlaubnis für Südafrika
- Führerschein und eigenes Fahrzeug
- Kenntnisse in den folgenden Programmen: PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word; weitere Grafikprogramme von Vorteil
- Keine Anforderungen an Buchungssystem-Kenntnisse wie Tourplan & Co.

**Rahmenbedingungen**:

- Büroarbeitsplatz
- Reguläre Arbeitstage: Montag bis Freitag
- Reguläre Arbeitszeiten inkl. Pausen
- 30 oder 40 Stunden pro Woche verteilt auf 5 Arbeitstage
- Vergütung je nach Erfahrung, z. B. Senior: CTC 55.000-60.000 ZAR/Monat
- Gehaltsüberprüfung nach 6 Monaten, danach jährlich
- Urlaub:

- 15 Tage im 1. Jahr
- 15 Tage plus 5 Tage Bildungsurlaub ab dem 2. Jahr
- 20 Tage plus 5 Tage Bildungsurlaub ab dem 3. Jahr
- Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag

Gehalt: R50.000,00 - R60.000,00 pro Monat
