Our client, an International Mining Company, has a contract vacancy for a Finance Administrator.
Must have Grade 12
Three years' experience in Project Management/Finance administrative activities
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support the Finance team on administrative matters.
- To provide support with regards to financial and administrative planning.
- Monitoring and reporting of monthly budgets and expense forecasting.
- Assistance with audit preparation.
- Support project managers with maintaining budgets and forecasts.
- Facilitate smooth communication between Finance and other stakeholders.
- Collecting and reviewing data for reports.
- Provide administrative support during budget preparation.
- Knowledge about aspects of information technology specifically within complex mining industry.
- Analytical and observation skills.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Hands on experience on Project Management.
- Well-developed organizational/documentation skills.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to organise work in order to meet deadlines and ensure quality standards.
- Ability to maintain and promote a positive working environment with various stakeholders and multiple teams involved in the project life cycle.
- Highly numerate and confident using Excel.
- Technical ability / understanding.
- Computer literacy.
- Strong Admin Skills.
