**Job Description**:
Role purpose

The Marketing Systems Specialist will be the Workfront system expert for IG’s Global Marketing community. They will be responsible for the administration and ongoing development of the widely used workflow management software and ensure the system is running efficiently and effectively across all functional areas. Tasks will include the day-to-day administration of the platform, troubleshooting system issues as well as submitting and resolving support tickets as required. Additionally, this individual will assist in process improvement efforts and will be responsible for creating and maintaining process documentation, as well as monitoring and enforcing process adherence.

What you will do

- Create, maintain and optimize configurations within the Workfront platform.
- Create and provide necessary reports, data, and dashboards for executives, business partners and

project management teams.
- Provide help-desk support to the user base for all Workfront related issues
- Authoring and maintaining training documentation, and providing training to new users
- Conduct regular audits of system use, adoption, and housekeeping.
- Management of Workfront user permissions and system access levels.
- Ensure proper project and data set-up, and correct use for accurate reporting
- Identify knowledge gaps within the user groups and provide guidance, consultation, and training on

Workfront where needed.
- Be responsible for the overall governance of the platform and Identify and drive process and system

improvements across the system.
- Keep up to date with new system feature releases and manage the rollout of new functionality inclusive

of testing, training, and troubleshooting.
