**Job role**:
- Formulates the goals and objectives for the Capital Equipment Sales & Key Account aligned with the Divisional Strategies
- Business Development and Account Management
- Interprets and executes tactical plans in functional area
- Implements functional area resource & systems
- Aligns tactical plans, functional priorities and objectives to approved strategic changes
- Devises corrective and preventative plans where deviation is reported for functional area
- Submits progress reports on functional area's strategy and tactical plan implementation
- Provides input and prepares sections of annual divisional report
- Analyses and formulates the Capital Equipment sales & Key Account functions financial requirements
- Implements and manages functional area's financial plan and budget
- Prepare financial reports
- Checks and controls functional area income
- Reports any deviations from acceptable governance norms, approved procedures and practices
- Plans and prepares tender/bid process & submits documents for purchase of new goods/services
- Maintains customer & strategic supplier relationships
- Manages contracted services/Service Level Agreements
- Resolves on contractual issues, metrics and other related information for own functional area
- Resolves contractual compliance issues to mitigate risk
- Identifies the impact of potential risk and recommends preventative action plans
- Reports all risks identified and mitigation thereof to executive management
- Collaborates with the SHE functions in the roll out of SHE events for functional area
- Reports on SHE incidents, issues and problems and implements corrective action/policy changes
- Complies and submits required OSHA accidents reports
