**Visual Merchandise Communication Administrator**

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Visual Merchandiser/ Operations administrator, traffic coordinator
- Demonstrable strong attention to detail and consistency
- Passion for retail and getting a job done to service end customer
- Worked in retail with a merchant mind set
- Good working knowledge of computer software, with intermediate to advanced working experience on Excel, PowerPoint and reporting skills
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Relevant retail/ business qualification
- Numerical, analytical and interpretive ability
- Assertive, effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Action orientated and deadline driven
- Problem solving ability
- Ability to use own initiative and be proactive

- Min 2 years retail experience

**Key performance areas**:

- Create digital visual merchandising, new stores, audits & promotional campaign communication but not limited
- Drive performance across operational and learn platforms
- Create instructional communication documents (seasonal housing updates, user guides / information packs) and upload onto digital platform
- Source mock up images from visual merchandising team
- Liaise with and align with Marketing team on promotions and product launches to manage visual communications calendar
- Create posts on newsfeed
- Analyse completion and compliance and report weekly
- Manage and maintain VM Folders i.e stationery orders, catalogues, orders and element lists
- New store opening, collate promo packs, VM layers and update calendars
