Operations Manager

**Minimum Requirements**:
- Matric (Minimum)
- Post-matric qualification in safety or related
- 10 years of experience in an industrial environment
- 5 Years management of staff
- Speak, Read & Write English
- Computer Literacy (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Valid Drivers License
**Responsibilities**:
- Achievement of budgets/Targets Sales/GM/Stock
- Conduct monthly performance reviews with all reporting staff
- Monitor and control expenses and costs
- Carry out regular field visits
- Oversee and scheduling of technicians on site
- Oversee, lead, and log on-site measurements
- Ensure that all staff have the correct tools for their responsibilities
- Ensure regular training is carried out for staff (Site Safety/Sales/Admin)
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts
- Ensure administrative procedures are followed
- Work in conjunction with Marketing/Product Management/Finance/Debtors/Creditors to achieve success
- Assist in the development of the Training Academy
- Participate in SABS and relative committees to promote standards and acceptance of new products where required
- Keep ahead of market and customer requirements for all products marketed
