Reports to: Service Manager CSS.
Primary purpose: Perform field service duties for VTZA industries, including installations, maintenance and commissioning, while also creating service business opportunities.

Primary duties:
Commissioning of industry products.
Fluid coupling installation and maintenance (including strip, repair, assemble oil fill and test.)
On-site maintenance and inspection of holdbacks, fluid drives, fluid couplings and other products.
Perform fault finding and drive systems analysis, with recommendations for repair or upgrade.
Conduct surveys, health checks and basic condition monitoring.
Completion of paperwork, service reports, ect and having these signed off.
Customer liaison and effectively prompting After Market Business, Training and Repairs.
Perform work according to best practices and health and safety standards.
Responsible for upkeep of company vehicle and equipment.
Maintaining and updating carious site Safety Files.

**Job Qualification & Experience**:
Minimum requirements:
Qualified Millwright / Fitter N3
Five years field experience in the mining and / or power transmission industry.
Laser Alignment
Basic MS Office
Valid driver’s license - min code 08/EB

Ideal requirements:
Qualified Millwright / Fitter N6
Ten years relevant experience
Conditioning monitoring - Vibration analysis, tribology & alignment
Basic MS Office
Valid driver’s license - Code 10

Other requirements:
Technical and Product knowledge
Customer orientation
