**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prepare Beverages**:

- Brew coffee and tea, and create specialty drinks (lattes, cappuccinos, espressos).
- Mix and serve alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain quality and consistency in drink preparation, ensuring beverages are served according to established recipes and customer preferences.
- **Customer Service**:

- Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Address any complaints or special requests promptly and courteously.
- **Maintain Cleanliness**:

- Keep the bar area, coffee station, and seating areas clean and organized.
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure the cleanliness and safety of the work environment.
- Wash and sanitize glasses, utensils, and other equipment.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor stock levels for beverages, coffee beans, and bar supplies, and notify the manager when orders are needed.
- Help with receiving and stocking deliveries when necessary.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Assist in training new staff on beverage preparation and customer service standards.

- **Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Barista, Bartender, or similar role in a high-paced environment.
- Knowledge of coffee brewing techniques, espresso machines, and cocktail preparation.
- Ability to create an enjoyable, welcoming experience for customers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure during busy periods.
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness.
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol (as required by local laws).
- Ability to handle cash and operate a POS system.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a café, bar, or hospitality setting.
- Certification in food safety or barista training (preferred but not required).
- Passion for coffee, cocktails, or mixology.
