**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Training and Development: Design and execute effective training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our sales professionals in the promotional sales division, with support from management and the designated training officer.
- Product Knowledge: Share profound insights into the promotional product industry, including the latest trends, products, and market dynamics.
- System Proficiency: Familiarize sales teams with essential systems and tools, ensuring efficient navigation and utilization.
- Sales Techniques: Provide coaching on impactful sales techniques, strategies, and objection handling.
- Product Presentation: Collaborate in developing compelling product presentations and sales pitches that resonate with clients.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality assurance measures, ensuring meticulous attention to detail in all sales and customer interactions.
- Feedback and Improvement: Continuously assess and evaluate the performance of sales professionals, providing constructive feedback for ongoing improvement.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in promotional sales, corporate branding, or corporate gifting.
- Strong knowledge of the promotional product industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with industry tools and systems.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
