**Job Advert Summary**:
MHR is urgently looking for a **Registered Nurse (RN) / Professional Nurse (PN) **with** ICU experience **to work as a** Clinical Facilitator**. This is a **permanent opportunity** at a private hospital in **Bryanston**, Johannesburg **in** Gauteng**

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Nursing with Midwifery
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing Education ( will serve as an advantage)
- Registered with SANC as a Professional Nurse
- At least 2 years clinical experience as a professional nurse
- Extensive experience in an Adult ICU environment
- 1-2 years’ experience as a mentor
- 1-2 years’ experience as a Workplace assessor in a specific healthcare setting e.g. nursing - general training
- BLS instructor with a current license
- Facilitation and assessment skills
- Clinical competence in applicable job specific procedures
- Recruitment and selection skills
- Knowledge of continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies
- Excellent interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Job description**:To plan and facilitate identified training and development interventions to ensure competency of all agency members
- Establish a learning culture
- Compile learning and development reports
- Responsible for the facilitation of staff in ICU
- Develop the competence of all nursing staff
- Identify training needs to guide the development of appropriate clinical training interventions
- Promote a culture of continuous professional development
