Our Client is seeking a skilled Business Consultant responsible for Business Change.
The function is responsible for assisting the various business divisions through all stages of the process which include identifying the necessary initiatives, conceptual designs, target operating models and business cases to help achieve the strategic goals. The business consultant drives the conceptual phases in the process and ensures that initiatives deliver on business cases.
Key outcomes
The following will be expected from the Business Consultant:
- Analyse the company’s business growth strategy and identify suitable initiatives and solutions to align and realise the strategic intent
- Drive innovation initiatives and investigations to find suitable alternatives to business challenges
- Develop conceptual solutions and alternatives for solving key business problems. This typically covers areas such as:
- Understanding key business drivers and KPI’s
- Strategies to realise desired outcomes
- Target operating model and capability requirements
- Staff and budget impacts
- Alignment with Retail Affluent & Companies’s strategy and business architecture
- Assist in developing Business Cases and Benefit Realisation Plans where required
- Continuous engagement and collaboration across all parties affected by the project, merger or acquisition.
- Change management support
- Support in the preparation and implementation of strategic initiatives
**Qualification and Experience**
- Degree or diploma, preferably business or IT related
- Degree or Diploma and the required Certification with 8 to 10 years related experience.
