**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lash Services**: Provide high-quality eyelash extensions, lash lifts, tints, and removals tailored to clients' preferences and eye shapes.
- **Client Consultation**: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients' needs, offer professional advice, and recommend suitable lash styles and aftercare products.
- **Customer Experience**: Create a welcoming and relaxing environment to ensure a positive client experience from start to finish.
- **Safety & Hygiene**: Maintain strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation standards, including proper sterilization of tools and equipment.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work closely with the salon team to build a supportive and creative workplace culture.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay informed about the latest lash trends, techniques, and products, offering recommendations to clients as needed.
- **Business Growth**: Help promote the salon through social media engagement, sharing before-and-after photos (with client consent), and participating in promotional events.
