**About Us**:
We are a reputable company in the air-conditioning industry, seeking a dynamic and experienced **Service Department Supervisor** to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations by liaising with technicians, clients, and suppliers while overseeing service-related tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with technicians and schedule their work assignments
- Communicate with clients, handle complaints, and ensure satisfactory service delivery
- Prepare quotations and invoices accurately
- Manage relationships with suppliers for timely procurement and delivery of services
- Ensure efficient and prompt resolution of service-related issues
- Monitor and manage service department performance to ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are met
- Conduct regular check-ins with technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks and troubleshoot any issues
- Coordinate and manage preventative maintenance schedules for clients
- Provide training and support to technicians
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3-5 years in the air-conditioning or related industry (service or technical support roles preferred)
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
