**Content Creation & Management**:
Write, review, edit, and update marketing content for the estate across various platforms.
Assist in the design of promotional material with the creative team.
Update the estate's website and third-party sites (WordPress), ensuring accurate and engaging content.
Organize and maintain digital marketing folders, including image and video banks.
**Social Media & Photography**:
Generate and curate social media content, including photography and internal estate shots.
Write and edit copy for features, articles, brochures, social media, and press releases.
Manage and maintain a content plan for mailers and communication.
**Design & Collateral**:
Create marketing collateral using InDesign, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and press releases.
Liaise with external designers and print houses to meet production deadlines.
Coordinate with estate departments to execute design needs and ensure brand consistency.
**Marketing Administration**:
Maintain and organize marketing drives and folders on Dropbox.
Manage office supplies and ensure necessary items are stocked.
Coordinate the production and distribution of printed collateral across the estate.
Handle monthly stock takes and manage quotes and orders from relevant suppliers.
**External Communication & Support**:
Assist with communication between tourism offices, press offices, and partners.
Organize and provide media requests for the estate and retail brands.
Provide support with brand guidelines, website and collateral updates, and content management for all departments.
Create and maintain estate databases.
Provide general support to the Marketing Manager.
Relevant qualification in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar marketing or design role.
Proficient in design software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Active on social media and knowledge of CMS.
Excellent copywriting and copy-editing skills.
Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
Solid project management experience and computer literacy.
Knowledge of web analytics and strong presentation skills.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility and ability to maintain a professional relationship with all departments.
