Sales Representative

We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to maintain key accounts and drive sales. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in building strong relationships with our clients and developing business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Actively seek out new sales opportunities and develop a pipeline of potential clients.
- Conduct market research to identify target customers and their needs.
- Present, promote, and sell our products/services to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, handle objections, and overcome challenges.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or in a similar sales role.
- Experience in Point of Sale, Price Labelling Solutions, Retail Shelving and Racking preferred but not essential.
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
- Valid driver's license and your own vehicle.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
