Warehouse Picker/packer

We are expanding our warehouse team and are currently offering 12-month contract opportunities for young, motivated individuals, including those entering the job market for the first time. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience in a professional, ISO-compliant manufacturing environment.

**Position 1: Warehouse Picker (2 Vacancies)**

**Type**: 12-Month Contract
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick stock based on picking slips and delivery schedules.
- Ensure correct quantities and product codes are selected and recorded.
- Perform quality checks to ensure all goods meet ISO and company standards.
- Pack orders securely and label boxes clearly for dispatch.
- Maintain cleanliness and order in picking areas.
- Assist with stock counts and inventory control as required.
- Communicate any stock discrepancies or issues to the Warehouse Supervisor.

**Requirements**:

- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- No prior experience required - full training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and a responsible work ethic.
- Physically fit and able to lift boxes up to 20kg.
- Willingness to follow strict hygiene and quality standards (ISO 9001 / ISO 22716).
- Matric certificate is advantageous but not essential.

**Position 2: Warehouse Cleaner (1 Vacancy)**

**Type**: 12-Month Contract
**Working Hours**: Monday to Friday

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain a clean and hygienic warehouse environment at all times.
- Perform daily sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing of floors and surfaces.
- Clean racking, bins, packing stations, and general warehouse areas.
- Dispose of waste and packaging material safely and efficiently.
- Assist with deep cleaning as per ISO hygiene schedules.
- Support the team with general cleanliness and upkeep.

**Requirements**:

- Enthusiastic and eager to learn.
- No previous experience necessary - training will be provided.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and cleanliness standards.
- Responsible and able to work independently.
- Matric is a bonus, not a requirement.
