We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team and help us to drive revenue growth.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Coordinating and scheduling meetings, calls, and presentations with prospective and existing clients.
- Supporting the Technical Sales Representatives in developing proposals and presentations for new and existing clients.
- Maintaining client and prospect records in the company CRM and ensuring data accuracy.
- Supporting the Technical Sales Representatives in preparing client invoices and coordinating payment.
- Assisting with travel arrangements and expense reports for the Technical Sales Representatives.
- Providing general administrative support to the sales team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in an administrative role supporting a sales team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in both English & Afrikaans
