**purpose**:
- To ensure that all payments are authorised efficiently and effectively without error, in order to minimise risks to the Bank and to provide advise according to exchange control regulations.**experience and qualifications**:
- Minimum Qualification - Grade 12
- Experience - 3 - 5 years foreign exchange experience**additional requirements**:
**responsibilities**:
- Validate and authorize foreign exchange instructions and payments
- Continuously assess own performance, seek timely and clear feedback and request training where appropriate
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
- Provide an efficient administration service through careful and timeous planning, reporting and updating of all relevant information
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provision of advice to relevant stakeholders
- Develop and manage key stakeholder relationships that enable achievement of operational objectives
- Contribute to a culture of service excellence, which builds positive relationships and provides opportunity for feedback and exceptional service
- Compile reports that track progress and guide business to make informed decisions
