A project coordinator to join a dynamic team of integrated marketing communications Specialists:
Supporting project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with
project and client stakeholders;
Coordinating project status reports, action reports, and task schedules,
Executing project management administrative tasks
Preparing and managing project management documents
Scheduling stakeholder meetings, documenting and generating reports
Supporting project managers and team members to help them complete project tasks
Fostering cross-team collaboration
Monitoring project task progress and creating project status reports for project managers
and stakeholders.
Scheduling stakeholder meetings and facilitating communication between the project
manager and stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.

**Managing project management documents such as**: status reports, task delivery reports, and
action reports, as directed by the project manager.
Supporting team members when implementing risk management strategies.

Required skills

Scheduling activities.
Organising activities
Record-keeping, Status and action reporting.
Monitoring progress and following up on multiple stakeholders.
Tracking team progress and securing inputs.
Updating team members and partners.
Managing information flow.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma, in business administration, management, communication sciences, marketing, public relations or a related field
Working knowledge of project management software
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
