**Responsibilities**:
**Knowledge and Skills**:

- Proficiency, complete understanding of collections software systems and computer literacy
- Business Acumen, customer profiling capability of understanding customer payment history
- Persuasion and negotiation skills (Adult to Adult conversation), the ability to be able to persuade customers to pay their debts and/or make arrangements to pay them off over a reasonable affordable time period, which may involve using persuasive language or negotiating with customers to find a solution that works for both parties.
- Organizational skills, the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize their workload accordingly.
- Attention to detail, the ability to be detail oriented.
- Conflict management, demonstrate the capability to employ common sense and integrity.
- Dispute resolution, the ability to resolve disputes efficiently and effectively.
- Collection policies and procedures, have a clear understanding of key policies and procedures.
- Call quality assurance delivers a high standard of adherence -98% to call scripts.

**Specifications**:
**Essential (Must have)**:

- Grade 12
- Debt Collections experience.
- As a Collection Agent, you will leverage your expertise to recover outstanding debts while ensuring compliance with the Debt Collectors Act and adhering to the principles of POPI.
- Being registered with the Debt Council offers a distinct advantage.

**Salary offer**:
**Basic Salary, R5500 - PLUS**:

- Basic Salary monthly incentives up to R6500 - guaranteed monthly based on individual performance.
- Monthly commission on rand value collected.
- Monthly incentives on paid Settlements and Electronic payments.
- Monthly and Annual incentives for top performance.

Pay: From R5 500,00 per month

- High School (matric) (required)
