- Relevant HR-related degree or tertiary qualification
- Minimum of 1 year in HR administration

**Key Performance Areas**:

- Collate data for workplace skills plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant records for learning and development projects
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Liaise with learners and students to track progress and needs
- Coordinate training programs and logistics
- Capture attendance and training data on LMS and SETA systems
- Support the Talent Development Manager with administrative tasks
- Maintain databases for PDPs and Growth Conversations

- Knowledge of skills development and HR principles
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective verbal and written communication
