Internal Consultant

Main Duties/Responsibilities (Including But Not Limited To)
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the external sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Provide product information and support to customers.
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues.
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Qualification Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent
Degree/Diploma/Certificate would be advantageous
Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
Skills & Experience
Strong command of the English language, with the ability to speak Afrikaans
2+ years’ of sales experience
Computer Literacy - MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Outlook
Proven ability to handle multiple requests and prioritizing in order to meet deadlines
Knowledge of Kerridge advantageous
Customer service experience
Experience working in a team environment to meet goals
