Purpose:
The Technician is responsible for repairing notebooks as well as other IT equipment upon request.

**Responsibilities**:

- Complete optimum number of repairs per day according to the specific discipline.
- Complete work within the turnaround time.
- Maintain work rate at above 90% of SLA.
- Maintaining a rework rate of below 3%.
- Follow the correct test process of all brands.
- Keep the CMDB system up to date all times.
- Manage stock Rand value and have a 0% shrinkage on monthly basis.
- Run diagnostic reports to confirm the quality of repair or that the fault is resolved.

Qualification and Knowledge:

- Grade 12
- CompTIA A+ N+ (N+ will be an advantage)
- Qualification on multinational products will be an advantage
- 3 years onsite technical experience

Skills and Knowledge:

- Excellent communication skills and customer care
- Attention to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Diagnostic and repair all technical faults of a particular discipline
