**Job Details**:**ROLE DESCRIPTION**
- Answer all incoming calls by no later than the third ring
- Taking messages and passing these on to the relevant person
- Check-in staff and all visitors - WizzPass booking system or hard copy questionnaire (includes taking temperatures and ensuring that the Covid-19 questionnaire is completed correctly and accurately)
- Keep control documentation of items sent and received through the post system
- Assist with booking meeting rooms when necessary
- Assist with raising purchase orders
- Reconcile field bookings/ accommodation and invoices (includes liaising with the Finance Team if there are any queries or outstanding documentation)
- Manage and maintain stock levels of stationery for the Cape Town office, including printer stations
- Manage and maintain extension and staff lists for the Cape Town office
- Liaise with plumber, electrician, aircon technician to maintain the Cape Town office
- Ensure that the reception desk is manned from 08:30 to 17:00 (16:30 on Friday)
- The role comprises both receptionist and administrative duties, and will be required to assist the Office Manager where necessary

**ROLE REQUIREMENTS**
- Completed Matric & completed reception / front line course advantageous
- At least 2-3 years reception experience with contactable references
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Driver’s license and own transport
