**Call Centre Agents - Stellenbosch**

We are looking for 5 enthusiastic **Tele Representatives **to arrange interviews for our client during our pilot phase. You will be responsible for setting appointments over the phone for our corporate office Miami.

The 30 day pilot will set the stage for a larger service rollout.

The goal is to help the company grow by bringing in customers and developing business.

**Responsibilities**

Contact prospects to inform them about a service using scripts

Attention to quality of information at all times

Enter and update customer information database

Take and process orders in an accurate manner

Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

**Requirements and skills**

Experience as tele sales representative or other sales/customer service role

Track record of targets

Previous international outbound experience beneficial

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent command of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

Own transport / local to Stellenbosch advantageous

**Remuneration / Hours**

R60 - R140 p/hour

**Job Type**: Temporary
Contract length: 1 month

**Salary**: R12,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

- Stellenbosch, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
