**What you’ll be doing day-to-day**:
**ECommerce & Operations**
- Assisting with product descriptions and operation requirements for the Zoie shop
- Assisting with catalogue expansion on WooCommerce and other platforms
- SEO analysis, improvement and implementation
- Assisting in improving and streamlining logistic processes for the product life cycle
- Assisting with ad hoc logistics related tasks
- Assisting with ad hoc operational tasks

**Science, Research & Administration**
- Assist with product research for both future products and existing product improvements
- Keeping up-to-date with health, wellness and medical innovations and women’s health and wellness trends
- Assist with scientific and academic writing and referencing, such as creating patient information leaflets
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative tasks
- we’re looking for someone who’s bought into the vision and has the right skills and attitude to get things done.
- **Healthcare background. **Must have a decent understanding of healthcare and medical concepts.
- **Combined passion, experience and understanding for healthcare and ecommerce. **This multifaceted internship role addresses both healthcare and ecommerce, therefore a demonstrated understanding of and experience in both fields is essential.
- **Passion for research and product development.** Demonstrated skills in the field of research, with a mindset driven towards growth and innovation.
- **Exceptional communication skills.** You can communicate excellently across various platforms with team members.
- **Attitude.** You are passionate about the problem we’re looking to solve. You have a positive attitude, open to change, you love rolling up your sleeves and getting things done quickly and with excellence. You are independent, accountable, fast moving and take ownership.

**Nice to have**:

- WooCommerce experience
- Experience in an agile entrepreneurial or start-up environment
- Experience across the African continent
