**Remote Junior Recruiter/Administrator**

**Position Type**: Part-Time, Remote

**Hours**: 20 hours per week (with potential to increase to 40 hours after a probationary period)

**Location**: Remote, South Africa (working hours: 3pm - 11pm SA time)

We are seeking a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Remote Junior Recruiter/Administrator. This role offers the opportunity for professional development and growth within the company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement recruitment strategies and best practices.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, document preparation, and report generation.
- Demonstrate a proactive approach and willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new challenges.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.

**Requirements**:

- Strong technical skills and proficiency with computer software and online tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and a willingness to take initiative.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team, demonstrating reliability and accountability.
- Availability to work from 3pm to 11pm SA time.
- Own laptop with reliable internet connection (fibre) and backup power source.
